Lyrics

I’m not sure who runs the show,
I never know when I shall go,
But I’m just happy I’m alive,
And I’m grateful that I’m high on it,
I know all that I need to know.

I’ve always had an open mind,
A healthy doubt of astral kind,
But while I’m breathing in this air,
And my heart is beating squarely,
I’ll raise a glass up to the sky.

Notes

This live version was performed at Doc's in Southsea as part of Mareva Injunction's first gig and was one of a few songs played on the night that was penned by a band member. The song fades rapidly at the end due to a segue to another song.

Instrumentation:
Math Charlton - Electric guitar, vocal and drum programming
Andy Turton - Bass guitar
Simon Jones - Keyboards
